Soofte is a platform that helps connect Discord communities with their members through seamless monetization tools. "Soofte," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Soofte, Inc., this platform, and the services offered by Soofte, including our website www.soofte.com and related services.
We operate a monetization platform where Discord server owners ("Server Owners,") can offer premium benefits to their community members ("Members,") through subscription plans and receive direct support via tips. All benefits and content are provided solely by the Server Owners, and Soofte acts only as a facilitating platform that processes payments through PayPal.
In these Terms of Service ("Terms,"), we describe how our platform operates, the rules and guidelines that govern its use, and the rights and responsibilities of both Server Owners and Members. For information about how we handle your personal information, please review our Privacy Policy, which includes detailed information about our data practices and your privacy rights, including specific provisions for residents of certain jurisdictions.
To provide our services effectively and ensure a secure platform experience, we collect and maintain various types of information. This includes comprehensive user account data such as your basic profile information (name, email, and profile image), email verification status, custom Soofte username, and account status details including any ban status and associated reasons. For server owners who process payments, we maintain PayPal-related information including email and merchant ID, along with detailed financial records covering balance, total earnings, tips received, and subscription revenue.
For Discord servers listed on our platform, we collect and store essential server information including the Discord server ID, name, description, and promotional materials such as wallpapers and images. We maintain detailed records of server status, verification information, and moderation history, including any flagging status and reasons. To facilitate discovery and organization, we track server categories and features, along with all subscription plans and their associated pricing structures.
Our transaction tracking system processes and stores comprehensive payment data, including detailed tip information (amounts, status, and associated messages), subscription details (plan specifics, status, and duration), and all related payment processing fees and platform commissions. We maintain records of PayPal order and subscription IDs, along with transaction timestamps and status updates to ensure accurate financial tracking and user support.
For platform administration and security purposes, we maintain extensive administrative data including detailed server moderation records, user ban documentation, platform earnings calculations, fee tracking, notification records, and comprehensive administrative audit logs. This information is essential for maintaining platform integrity, supporting our users, and ensuring compliance with our terms of service.
