1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding or using Soofte ("the Service") in your Discord or Telegram community, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Soofte provides AI-powered community growth and management tools. The Service may, on your behalf:

• •Suggest and automate daily engagement and retention tasks
• •Send automated DMs, run giveaways, and manage leaderboards
• •Track server analytics, roles, reactions, and activity
• •Reactivate inactive users and post messages in your community

The Service operates through Discord and Telegram bots and may access your community data as necessary to provide these features.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• •Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Discord/Telegram Terms of Service
• •Not use the Service to spam, harass, or violate any community guidelines
• •Provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account
• •Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the Service

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soofte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware, and judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, strikes, riots, civil disorders, or any other cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Soofte regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
